摘要
本文研究和开发了适用于微型计算机的三维凝固模拟软件SOL/3D,能有效地预测缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷。计算方法采用直交剖分的直接差分法;潜热处理采用等价比热法与温度修正法相结合的方法;在节约内存量和提高计算速度的基础上尽可能提高计算精度,并在三者之间取得合理平衡;对直交剖分带来的误差采用了热容量修正技术;针对不同铸造合金的凝固特点,对收缩缺陷判据进行了研究和扩展。此软件适用于固溶体型合金、共晶型合金及含石墨铸铁三种类型的铸件及多种铸型的系统。
In this paper, the authors develop a software product SOL/3D for 3-Dimensional solidification simulation of castings by using personal computer. Temperature field is obtained by Direct Finite Difference Method(DFOM) with parallelepiped mesh elements and the latent heat release is handled with a combination of equivalent specific heat method and temperature recovery method.Based on making effort to saving computer capacity and computer time, the calculation accuracy is enhanced as far as possible. In order to eliminate the error caused by perpendieular dividing, the heat capacity modification method is employed. The criteria for shrikage defect prediction in different cast metals are investigated in detail. This software is suitable for the analysis systems which consist of the various molds and the castings made from solid solution type alloys, eutectie type alloys and cast irons containing graphite.
