摘要
本文研究开发适用于微型计算机的铸件三维凝固模拟软件SOL/3D,能有效地预测铸件中的收缩缺陷。温度场计算采用直交剖分的直接差分法;潜热处理采用等价比热法与温度修正法相结合的方法;在节约内存量和提高计算速度的基础上尽可能提高计算精度;对直交剖分引起的误差采用了热容量修正技术;研究了针对不同铸造合金凝固特点的收缩缺陷判据。该软件适用于固溶体型合金、共晶型合金及含石墨铸铁三种类型铸件及多种铸型系统的凝固模拟。为使软件简明易用,简化了数据结构及输入操作,实现了输出的可视化及形象化,使用者只须按照屏幕的提问及图示,输入必要的数据,经过模拟计算后,即可方便地将模拟结果及模拟过程中的有用信息进行彩色图象显示或打印。
In this paper the authors develop a software product SOL/3D for 3-dimensional solidifioation simulation of castings by using a personal computer. Temperature field is obtained by Direct Finite Difference Method (DFDM) with parallel-piped mesh elements, and the latent heat release is handled with a combination of equivalent specific heat method and temperature recovery method. Based on the saving of computer capacity and computing time, the calculation accuracy is enhanced as far as possible. In order to eliminate the error caused by perpendicular dividing, the heat capacity modification method is employed. The criteria for shrinkage defect prediction in different cast metals are investigated in detail. This software is suitable for the analysis systems which consist of various molds and castings made from solid solution type alloys, eutectic type alloys and cast irons containing graphite. In order to make the application of the software convenient, the construction of data is simplified. According to the questions or pictorial signs displayed on screen, the user can easily input relevant data in a short time. The results of simulation can be displayed on screen with color graphics or printed by a printer.
