邻羟基萘甲醛缩α-萘甲酰腙对阴离子的识别 被引量:1

摘要 合成了用于识别阴离子的主体分子——邻羟基萘甲醛缩α-萘甲酰腙(1),通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱表征其结构;研究了阴离子对1吸收光谱的影响,初步探讨了它们之间的结合模式。实验表明,在DMF中,阴离子加入对1的吸收光谱影响大小为:F->H2PO4->AcO-,而Cl-、Br-、I-和HSO4-对1的吸收光谱几乎没影响。Job法实验得出1与F-的结合比为1∶1。 A kind of chemosensor for anions,2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde-1-naphthoylhydrazone(1 ),was synthesized and characterized by IR,1 H NMR and ESI-MS.The anions recognition of 1 for such as F-,AcO-and H2 PO 4-was investigated by absorption spectra,and their coordinating models were discussed primarily.It was found that 1 showed highly selective response to F-in acetonitrile,the binding constants varied in general in the order of F H2 PO 4- AcO-and the other anions had little influence on the absorption spectra of 1.Job's test showed 1 coordinates with F-to form a complex with 1∶ 1 binding model.
