摘要
固体火箭发动机的脱粘检测采用超声波聚焦探头反射回波法,但对于旋压壳体发动机,由于发动机表面有旋压纹理,造成脱粘图像产生纹理噪声,因此提出图像滤波的处理方法,有效去除脱粘图像的纹理噪声和提取脱粘区域。本文以旋压壳体固体火箭发动机为研究对象,并采用自适应的图像分割技术对脱粘图像进行二值化分割,运用种子填充算法计算二值化脱粘区域的面积,与实际缺陷面积相当,满足实际的检测需要。并且其检测分辨率达到了Φ3mm。
The technology of Ultrasonic testing has been widely applied in the debond testing of the solid rocket motor.However,the surface of the Spinning Texture solid rocket motor has even spinning texture.leading to texture noise in the debonding image,which affects the determination of the region and the area computation.The image filter processing method is propose in order to eliminate the texture and extract the region in the debonding image.The self-adapting image threshold divided method is adopted to make a two-valued subdivision of the debonding image.The page apply seed filled algorithm to calculate area to meet the needs of the actual test.The detection resolution isΦ3mm.
