摘要
目的:观察调脂合剂治疗高脂血症的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:将观察病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服调脂合剂,对照组口服血脂康,疗程5周,均于治疗前后检测血脂和血液流变学。结果:调脂合剂治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)显著升高(P<0.01),且优于血脂康组(P<0.05);全血黏度、血浆黏度,红细胞压积,均显著下降(P<0.01),且优于血脂康组(P<0.05)。结论:调脂合剂治疗高脂血症,改善血液流变学均有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tiaozhi Mistura in treating hyperlipemia and improving hemorhelogy. Method：To patients with hyperlipemia were chosen,and diveded into treated group and control group The treated group was treated with Tiaozhi Mistura and the control group with Xuezhikang The course of treatment was five weeks. Blood fat and hemorheology of the twe groups were observed Result：The improvement of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C hemoviscosity,plasmoviscosity and hematocrit of the treated group Was more significant than those in the control（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Tiaozhi Mistura has good curative effect on hyperlipemia and improving of hemorheology.
