摘要
目的了解本、专科学生临床学习期间在压力、压力源和应对方式上的异同点,为有针对性的指导本专科学生的临床学习提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对108名和136名进行临床学习的护理本、专科生的压力水平、压力源和应对方式进行调查。结果护理本科生在临床学习期间压力得分为(1.27±0.47),专科生压力得分为(0.92±0.45),差异有统计学意义(t=5.842,P〈0.01)。本科生主要的压力源为完成病历、处理病人紧急情况的能力等,采用的应对方式包括寻找相关信息、总结过去的经历等;专科生则为处理病人紧急情况的能力、自己所具备的知识水平等;应对方式为寻找相关信息、与同学或朋友讨论感受等。结论护理本、专科生临床学习期间平均压力水平分别为中、低压力水平,均能够采用一定的应对方式去应对学习过程中的压力。
Objective To compare stress, stressor and coping styles between baccalaureate nursing students and associate degree students in clinical setting, in order to provide specific guidance for different level of students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 108 baccalaureate nursing students and 136 associate degree students. Results The average score of stress ]eve] in baccalaureate nursing students was ( 1.27 ± 0.47 ) , which was clarified as mid-level stress. There were 76. 8% of students experienced mid-level stress. The average score of stress level in associate degree students was (0.92±0.45) , which was low-level stress. There were 50. 8% of students experienced mid-level stress. A significant difference was found between baccalaureate nursing students and associate degree students (t = 5. 842,P 〈 0. 01 ). The major stressors in baccalaureate nursing students were completing the assignment and the ability to deal with emergency situation of patients, et al and in associate degree students were the ability to deal with emergency situation of patients and lack of knowledge, et al. The students' coping strategies in baccalaureate nursing students included searching related information and summarizing the former experiences, et al and in associate degree students included searching related information and talking their feeling with classmates and friends, et al. Conclusions Baccalaureate nursing students and associate degree students experienced different level of stress. The students could use coping strategies to cope their stress in clinical setting.
