摘要
通过对我国SFDA和美国FDA信息公开制度及实施情况进行比较分析,找出SFDA及各地药监局开展信息公开工作时存在问题,探讨我国药品监管信息公开制度如何有效实施。
Through studying the differences between SFDA and FDA of the drug administration information disclosure system and their implementation status,this thesis has analyzed the current problems existing in SFDA and local Food and Drug Administration and explored how should the China＇s drug administration information disclosure system work.
