摘要
目的探讨肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌的临床病理特征、免疫表型、鉴别诊断及预后。方法对1例肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌进行临床病理学观察和免疫表型研究,并复习相关文献。结果患者女性,41岁,因无痛性血尿2周于2007年5月18日入院行肾癌切除术。肿物3cm×2cm×2cm,界限清,切面灰白,质软,镜下可见索状、小管状和束状3种结构;肿瘤细胞为立方形和梭形,异型性不明显,核分裂像罕见;肿瘤细胞表达CKpan、CK7、P504S、Vimentin。结论肾脏黏液样小管状和梭形细胞癌是一种罕见的低度恶性肿瘤,须与其他类型肾细胞癌鉴别。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features,immunotype,differential diagnosis and prognosis of renal mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma（MTSCC）.Methods Clinicopathological features and immunotype of a patient with MTSCC were studied and its related literatures were reviewed.Results The patient,a female at the age of 41 years,was admitted to our hospital due to a 2-week history of painless hematuria on May 18,2007.She was diagnosed having renal cancer measuring 3cm×2cm×2cm,which was then resected.The tumor was well-defined with a gray and soft cut surface.Cord,tubular and fascicular structures were observed under a microscope in the tumor.Tumor cells were cuboidal and spindle in shape with no significant atypia and mitosis.Tumor cells could express CKpan,CK7,P504S,and Vimentin.Conclusion MTSCC is a rare tumor with a low-grade malignance and should be differentiated from other renal cell carcinomas.
