猪IL-8基因多态性与产仔数的关联性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以大白猪和长白猪共计429头母猪为试验材料,采用PCR-SSCP技术研究猪白细胞介素-8基因多态性,并进行其与产仔数的关联分析。结果表明:在2对引物(E2和E5)中各检测到一个多态位点,均出现3种基因型。E2位点对于大白猪在3-8胎中,BB型个体的总产仔数(TNB)和产活仔数(NBA)均极显著高于AA型个体(P〈0.01),在所有胎次中,BB型个体的TNB和NBA均极显著高于AA型个体(P〈0.01);对于长白猪在所有胎次中,AA型个体的NBA显著高于BB型个体(P〈0.05)。E5位点对于大白猪在3~8胎中,AA型个体的NBA显著高于BB型个体(P〈0.05)。对于大白猪,E2位点BB基因型可作为TNB和NBA性状的标记基因型,E5位点AA基因型可以作为NBA性状的标记基因型。
