猪IL-8基因多态性与产仔数的关联性分析 被引量：1

摘要 以大白猪和长白猪共计429头母猪为试验材料,采用PCR-SSCP技术研究猪白细胞介素-8基因多态性,并进行其与产仔数的关联分析。结果表明：在2对引物（E2和E5）中各检测到一个多态位点,均出现3种基因型。E2位点对于大白猪在3－8胎中,BB型个体的总产仔数（TNB）和产活仔数（NBA）均极显著高于AA型个体（P〈0.01）,在所有胎次中,BB型个体的TNB和NBA均极显著高于AA型个体（P〈0.01）;对于长白猪在所有胎次中,AA型个体的NBA显著高于BB型个体（P〈0.05）。E5位点对于大白猪在3～8胎中,AA型个体的NBA显著高于BB型个体（P〈0.05）。对于大白猪,E2位点BB基因型可作为TNB和NBA性状的标记基因型,E5位点AA基因型可以作为NBA性状的标记基因型。
