摘要
以铁矿石为催化剂,高压汞灯作光源,对染料中间体间氯甲苯工业废水进行光催化法降解实验研究。考察了铁矿石用量、H_2O_2用量、pH值、反应时间等因素对降解效果的影响。结果表明:铁矿石/UV/H_2O_2体系能有效快速地降低废水中的COD_(Cr),并得出了最佳降解条件:铁矿石用量为2.00g·L^(-1)、30%的H_2O_2用量φ(H_2O)=0.8%、pH=3.0,经紫外光光照6h后,废水的COD_(Cr)从2292mg·L^(-1)降到599mg·L^(-1),去除率达到73.87%。
The degradation of dye intermediate m-chlorotoluene wastewater was studied by sing iron ore as photocatalyst and high-voltage mercury lamp as light source.Main factors such as the amount of the iron ore and H_2O_2、pH value and reaction time were investigated and optimum condition for degradation were obtained.The results indicated that the system of the iron ore/UV/H_2O_2 could effectively decrease COD_(Cr) in wastewater.Under the optimum condition,the amount of the iron ore was 2.00g·L^(-1)andφ(H_2O_2)=8%,pH value was 3.0 and radiation time was 6h,the COD_(Cr) of wastewater was reduced from 2292mg·L^(-1)to 599mg·L^(-1),and the removal rate of COD_(Cr) was reached up to 73.87%.
