摘要
纺织印染行业作为典型的高污染领域,废弃物环境风险与资源化潜力并存。系统阐释了印染废弃物的组分特征及环境危害,聚焦传统处理技术在污染物深度去除与资源回收方面的瓶颈,剖析废水闭路循环、盐分分离再生、染料高效回收以及固废热解能源转化与材料重构等资源化路径的核心技术进展。基于生命周期视角,提出涵盖绿色化学品替代、清洁生产工艺过程优化、多产业协同的“源头-过程-末端”全链条环境设计策略。通过化学工程、环境科学及产业生态学的交叉创新,可实现印染废弃物从污染负荷削减向资源价值转化的系统性转型。
The textile printing and dyeing industry is a typical high-pollution sector,where waste environ⁃mental risks coexist with the potential for resource utilization.The composition characteristics and environmen⁃tal hazards of printing and dyeing waste were systematically explained,the bottlenecks of traditional treatment technologies in the deep removal of pollutants and resource recovery were focused on,and the core techno⁃logical progress of resource utilization paths such as wastewater closed-loop circulation,salt separation and regeneration,efficient dye recovery,and solid waste pyrolysis energy conversion and material reconstruction were analyzed.Based on the perspective of the life cycle,it proposes a“source-process-end”full-chain en⁃vironmental design strategy covering green chemical substitution,optimization of clean production processes,and multi-industry collaboration.Through cross-innovation in chemical engineering,environmental science,and industrial ecology,a systematic transformation from reducing pollution load to converting waste into re⁃source value can be achieved for printing and dyeing waste.
