掌握好左冠状动脉主干病变介入治疗的适应证 被引量：1

摘要 SYNTAX试验研究,首次采用随机对照方法比较了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)与冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)在治疗无保护左冠状动脉主干病变中的临床疗效,在随访的1年期间无论在死亡或心肌梗死发生率方面,两组比较均无明显的统计学差异,该研究首次缩短了PCI与CABG在治疗上述病变中的临床疗效的差距,也为在该领域中开展介入治疗奠定了基础。然而更深入的研究包括更大的样本量和更长时间的随访结果仍然是十分必要的。
