药物洗脱支架与冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗无保护左主干病变的疗效比较 被引量：2

摘要 冠状动脉旁路移植术一直是无保护左主干病变的标准治疗手段。随着药物洗脱支架的出现,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗越来越多地应用于无保护左主干病变的治疗。比较与冠状动脉旁路移植术孰优孰劣,大量的研究已经证明应用药物洗脱支架治疗无保护左主干病变的安全性及有效性。药物洗脱支架介入治疗的适应证在进一步拓宽,介入治疗指南在不断更新,但就目前而言,无保护左主干病变的药物洗脱支架治疗由于其自身不足,尚不能完全替代冠状动脉旁路移植术。
