摘要
以剥粒菠萝台农4~#不同类型的芽为外植体,接种在 MS+BA0.3+NAA0.05+2,4-D0.05的培养基上,芽的萌发势较好。继代增殖在 MS+BA3+NAA0.2的培养基上,经40天的振动液体培养,每芽可增殖50个左右的幼芽。增殖芽在1/2 MS+NAA0.5的生根培养基上培养30天,能长成健壮完整的植株。本试验还进行了一系列降低成本、简化培养的研究。
Using various buds from fruitlet peeled pineapple(Tainong4″)as explants,suc-
cessful cultures were initiated on MS medium containning 0.3mg/1BA,0.05mg/1
NAA,0.05mg/1 2,4—D with in 30 days after inoculation.Numerous adventitious
buds(up to 50/shoot over a period of 40 days)were formed when the shoots were
subcultured on a vibrating liquid medium with 8 mg/1 IBA,0.2mg/1 NAA.One
month after the shoots were transfered into the 1/2MS agar medium plantlets
with good root system developed.
Some economical culture trials were also made to reduce the cost for propagation.
