摘要
为了克服传统陶瓷膜的某些缺陷,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法在多孔钛金属基体上制备出SiO2膜.为避免金属基体与膜材料由于热膨胀系数的不同而引起膜的破裂,采用填堵的方法成膜.整个挂膜—干燥—煅烧过程须重复8~10次.常温和高温下的气体渗透实验表明所制得的金属-陶瓷复合膜具有努森扩散特征,该膜能够在较高温度下使用.
? A SiO 2 membrane supported on sintered titanium has been prepared by means of sol gel technique with the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). A caulking treatment is used to prevent membrane from cracking due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients of metal and membrane materials. The suitable conditions of preparation are investigated. The crack free membrane can be obtained after the dipping drying firing procedure has been repeated 8 to 10 times. The permeation test of pure gas (N 2 and H 2) in a wide range of temperatures (25 to 400℃) shows that the component metal ceramic membrane has Knudsen diffusion behavior. At higher temperatures, the permeability of this membrane decreases whereas the separation factor of N 2 and H 2 increases.
