摘要
采用热分析系统、扫描电镜、热流变仪及力学性能测试方法 ,研究了新型 PVC色母料在 PVC塑料中的分散性及该母料对 PVC塑料力学性能、热稳定性和流动性的影响 .结果表明 ,该 PVC色母料热稳定性好 ,用其对 PVC塑料进行着色 ,着色均匀 ,色彩鲜艳 ,且不影响 PVC制品的机械性能 ,是一种较理想的PVC塑料着色方法 .
The dispersion of PVC color master batch in PVC plastic,and mechanical property, stability and flowability of PVC plasticeffected by PVC colormasterbatch were studied by TG,DSC, SEM and mechanic tests.The resultsshowed that PVC plastic colorated by the new PVC colormaster batch had an excellent stability,well-distributed coloration,and without reducing the mechanical properties.So it s a good method for PVC plastic coloration.
