摘要
基于测度不变方程(MEI)的概念和局部等效原理,将截断边界条件的确定归结为网格边界上一小区域的电位场模拟问题,并讨论了在二维、三维情况下的具体处理.该截断边界的确定可使FD法使用的节点数大幅度减少,避免了次数众多的数值积分和复杂介质结构带来的格林函数求解的困难。计算实例表明。
Starting from the concept of Measured Equation of Invariance (MEI) and the local equivalent theorem, it regarded the determination of the truncation boundary condition (TBC) as a question of field simulation in a small area near the grid boundary. The practical disposal in the 2D and 3D cases was discussed. The use of this TBC can: ① reduce the sum of nodes in FD method to a level comparable to that in the integral equation methods;② avoid many times of numerical integral in determining the TBC;③ avoid computing the Green's function in complex dielectric structures. The numerical results from the FD method combined with this kind of TBC agree well with those from MoM and the FASTCAP software.
