As the important means in distance education, E-Learning changes the education philosophy in traditional university, the educational model and the transmission way of knowledge following the thought and rule of modern university education based on the network platform. It provides the guarantee in order to strengthen quality education and improves the quality of education, and satisfies the need of construction on lifelong education and provides the cultivating pattern of innovative talents.
