摘要
在纤维素三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）涂敷的硅基高效液相色谱手性固定相上，以乙腈水为流动相，直接测定了一类不对称合成手性药物———甲砜霉素衍生物的光学纯度，结果比较理想．说明高效液相色谱手性固定相法是测定手性化合物光学纯度的一种简便可靠的方法．
Optical purities of some synthetic drugs under asymmetric condition have been determined directly by high performance liquid chromatography on a chiral stationary phase that is prepared.The mobile phase is CH 3CN H 2O( V (CH 3CN)∶ V (H 2O)=40∶60)in the experiment.The results show that the method established is satisfactory for evaluating the optical purity of chiral drugs.
