摘要
装载机工作装置连杆机构设计的合理与否直接影响装载机的工作性能。通过对装载机连杆机构的运动学分析,确定了以连杆机构传力比最大为目标函数,以与销轴位置有关的连杆尺寸为设计变量的优化模型,采用遗传算法结合混沌优化技术确保优化结果全局性收敛。通过实例验证,此方法高效可行,优化结果不但有效地提高了连杆机构的传力比,同时还减轻了连杆机构的质量,可作为工程设计的参考。
The design level of the manipulator linkage of loader directly affects the performance of the loader. Through kinematics analysis of loader linkage, the paper establishes the optimization model in which the objective function is to maximize the force-delivering ratio and the designing variables are the dimensions of linkage relevant to the location of pin roll, as well as uses genetic algorithm combined with chaotic optimization technology to realize global convergence. Actual calculation shows that this method is not only feasible and efficient but also can increase the force-delivering ratio and reduce the linkage mass. It can be served as reference for engineering design.
