摘要
以某高速插秧机的主变速器为例,根据高速插秧机对质量和传动的平稳性要求,以主变速器中齿轮系体积最小和齿轮传动重合度最大为优化目标,根据变速器的设计准则和性能要求建立约束条件,建立高速插秧机主变速器多目标优化设计数学模型,并运用MATLAB优化工具箱进行了优化计算。结果表明:优化后主变速器的体积减小了9.01%,重合度增加了5.85%,取得了良好的优化效果。
According to the requirements for the mass and the transmission stability of rice transplanter main gear box, a model for multi - objective optimal design of a high - speed transplanter transmission is established with the ob- jectives of the minimum volume of gear set and the maximum total contact ratio of gear pairs in the main transmission. On the basis of design criteria and performance of gear box, the constraint condition is built. Then, the optimal design is carried out by using optimization tool box in MATLAB. The results show that the model is effective with the trans- mission volume reduced 9.01% and the contact ratio increased 5.85%.
