摘要
目的探讨系统的健康教育对早产儿健康状况的影响。方法对照组实施常规出院指导,观察组采取沟通指导、操作示范、电话随访等方式系统地实施健康教育。记录观察组早产儿家长接受健康教育前后对基本知识掌握程度及两组家长对护理工作满意度的差别,并评价两组早产儿的健康状况。结果观察组早产儿家长接受健康教育后对基本知识的熟悉程度和对护理工作满意度均提高;观察组早产儿体重增长情况优于对照组,患病率低于对照组。结论通过对早产儿家长实施系统化的健康教育,提高了家长知识水平,使早产儿护理由院内延伸至家庭,降低了早产儿患病率及再住院率,有利于早产儿健康成长。
Objective To explore the effects of systematic health education on the health status of premature infants. Methods The control group received routine health education after discharge, while the experimental group received the systematic health education including oral guidance, demonstration, the follow - up by telephone and so on. The basic nursing knowledge of the parents in the experimental group and the satisfaction with nursing work of the two groups were evaluated. Moreover the health status of premature infants was assessed. Results The basic nursing knowledge of the parents in the experimental group was increased after the systematic health education, and the satisfaction with nursing work of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The body weight of premature infants in the experimental group increased faster than the control group ,while the disease incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than the control group. Conclusion The systematical health education can improve the knowledge of parents, which make the care for premature infants extend from hospital to family. It is beneficial to reduce the mortality of premature infants and enhance them growing up heahhly.
