摘要
目的探讨短时间内大批量接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗的方法。方法通过筛查禁忌证、合理安排人力、科学设置场地、注重健康教育及心理干预等措施,有序实施疫苗接种。结果成功接种4245例甲型H1N1流感疫苗,受种者接种后30min内不良反应少且轻微,1周内随访受种人群无严重不良反应。结论把握好接种场地设置及消毒隔离、人员合理编配、接种后心理疏导、健康教育等环节,是疫苗接种工作顺利实施的关键。
Objective To explore the methods of inoculating H1N1 influenza vaccine in large batches within a short time. Methods By contraindication screening, reasonable arrangements of human resources, scientifically setting the site, on - site implementation of the vaccination, focusing on health education and psychological intervention,and so on,the vaccination work inocudating implemented in order. Results There were 4 245 cases of successful vaccination. Only few of them had minor adverse reactions within 30 minutes, and no one had serious adverse reactions within a week. Conclusion A good control of vaccination venues,disinfection and isolation,reasonable allocation of staff,psychological counseling and health education are the key points for H1N1 influnza vaccination.
