摘要
目的探讨防控甲型H1N1流感的紧急应对措施。方法成立应急领导小组和应急救治小分队,按应急预案采取集中授课和实战演练的方式进行培训,成立感染控制组,切实有效地防止医院感染的暴发,并实行规范化管理措施。结果接诊的25名医学观察病例中,均在12 h内完成了排查、诊断和治疗。结论应急状态下,规范化的工作程序、应急预案的培训和演练是工作取得成效的关键。
To explore the emergency response measures in the prevention and treatment of influenza A - H1N1. Methods The response measures included setting up a leader team,a rescue team and infection control team to train nurses by the means of lectures and drilling, effectively prevent the epidemic of influenza A - H1N1 in the hospital and implement standardized management. Result All the 25 cases under medical observation received timely screening,diagnosis and treatment within 12 hours. Conclusion The standardized work flow as well as emergency training and drilling are the key points to ensure successful response of public health events.
