摘要
目的探讨实施妇科肿瘤患者心理护理干预模式规范化程序的效果。方法选取2007年9月至2009年5月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者41例,实验组根据制订的干预模式实施护理干预;对照组采取常规护理。两组患者在入院后24h、手术前24h、出院前24h、术后6个月分别进行心理状态评估。结果实验组和对照组的心理状态评估总得分、抑郁、愤怒得分在手术前24h、出院前24h、术后6个月差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的焦虑得分在出院前24h、术后6个月差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),孤独得分在出院前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科心理护理干预模式的规范化程序,有利于护士准确实施护理干预对策,缓解妇科恶性肿瘤患者的负性情绪,帮助其保持较良好的身心状态,是提高护理质量的重要保障。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the nursing intervention pattern with standardized procedure applied in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods From September 2007 to May 2009,41 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were enrolled and were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the newly established nursing intervention pattern, while the control group received the routine care. The psychological status at 24 hours after admission,24 hours before operation,24 hours before discharge and 6 months after operation were evaluated. Results The differences with regard to depression, anger and total scores were significant between the two groups 24 hours before operation, before discharge and 6 months after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The anxiety scores of the two groups were different 24 hours before discharge and 6 months after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the solitary scores of the two groups were different before discharge （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The standardized procedure of the psychological nursing intervention pattern is beneficial for nurses to implement the intervention accurately, and alleviate negative emotions and maintain good physical and mental status in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. It is the important guarantee to improve the quality of nursing.
