摘要
采用化学分析、宏观检验、金相分析和断口扫描等方法对螺杆开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,原材料表面的条痕和高频感应工艺的集肤效应是导致螺杆开裂的原因。
Reasons for stud crack were analyzed by chemical analysis,macroscopic examination,metallographic analysis,fracture scanning,etc.The result shows that crack of the stud was caused by striation on surface of raw material and skin effect from the high-frequency induction.
