摘要
目的:观察通冠胶囊对气虚血瘀型急性冠脉综合征患者的疗效。方法:临床上气虚血瘀型急性冠脉综合征患者54例,治疗组26例,对照组28例。对照组为常规治疗组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用通冠胶囊,治疗后第1天、第7天、1个月,观察临床疗效及中医症候评分。结果:治疗后治疗组多项指标优于对照组,包括胸闷、胸痛等气虚血瘀症状,总有效率为92.31%,而对照组有效率为71.42%,治疗组中医症状量化评分及临床症状总体疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通冠胶囊应用于气虚血瘀型急性冠脉综合征患者,可明显改善患者气虚血瘀症状。
Objective：To observe the effect of Tongguan capsule in treating Acute coronary syndrome（ACS） of qi deficiencyand blood stasis.Methods：Observed 54 cases who diagnosed of ACS patients qi deficiencyand blood stasis,the patients were divided into tongguan capsule group（26cases） and the control group（28cases）,observed the curative effect parameters changes of each group before trial and after trial and evaluating clinical symptoms effect changes between two guoups.Results：Comparing the two groups,there are siginificant differences in the curative effect parameters compared with the two groups,the angina pectoris clinical efficacy rate has significant differences between two groups for the capsule group is 92.31% and the control group is 71.42%.tongguan capsule group was better than conventional group for the TCM syndromes score and total syndrome effect（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The capsule of tongguan can improve the syndrome of QI deficiency and blood stasis in patients who diagnosed of ACS.
