摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:将100例患有上呼吸道感染的患者随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组给予常规单纯的西医治疗方法,观察组在其基础上加用中医治疗方法。比较两组临床有效情况。结果:治疗4周后,治疗后两组患者疗效观察比较,观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗能够有效控制上呼吸道感染,临床中值得应用。
Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine on upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each. The control was given the western medicine, while the observation was given the TCM more. Results： In 4 weeks of treatment, the total efficacy in the observation was obviously higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can control upper respiratory tract infection, and was worthy of application.
