不同中药复方对禽流感病毒感染模型小鼠的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Chinese Herbal Complex Prescriptions on Mice Infected with Avian Influenza Virus

摘要 【目的】观察不同中药复方对禽流感病毒感染模型小鼠的影响。【方法】选用BALB/c小鼠,随机分为藿香正气散组(藿香组,剂量为26.4 g.kg-1.d-1),桂枝汤组(剂量为15.6 g.kg-1.d-1),桑菊饮组(剂量为34.4 g.kg-1.d-1),病毒唑组(剂量为70 mg.kg-1.d-1),模型组,尿囊液对照组(尿囊液组)。各组按设计剂量给药3次后,以100μL正常尿囊液滴入尿囊液组小鼠鼻腔,其他各组小鼠以100μL H5N1禽流感病毒滴鼻,复制禽流感小鼠模型。观察各组小鼠一般情况,体温、体质量变化,死亡保护率及肺指数。【结果】模型组小鼠体温显著下降(P<0.05),3组中药复方均对模型小鼠的体温有保护作用(P<0.05),作用强弱依次为霍香正气散>桂枝汤>桑菊饮。模型组小鼠体质量显著下降(P<0.05),3组中药复方均可减缓模型小鼠的体质量下降(P<0.05),作用强弱依次为桑菊饮>桂枝汤>藿香正气散。3组中药复方均可延长模型小鼠的存活时间,死亡保护作用强弱依次为桂枝汤>藿香正气散>桑菊饮。模型组肺指数显著升高(P<0.05),3组中药复方均可显著降低肺指数(P<0.05),且3组肺指数抑制率均高于病毒唑组。【结论】藿香正气散、桂枝汤、桑菊饮对禽流感均具有一定的防治作用。 Objective To observe the effect of different Chinese herbal complex prescriptions on mice infected with avian influenza virus.Methods BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder(HZP,26.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1) group,Guizhi Decoction(GD,15.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1) group,Sangju Decoction(SD,34.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1) group,ribavirin group(70 mg·kg^-1·d^-1),model control group and allantoic fluid(AF) control group.After medication with the corresponding medicine for 3 times,AF group was given nasal dripping of AF 100 μL,and the mice in other groups were given nasal dripping of H5N1 avian influenza virus 100 μL to induce avian influenza virus mice models.The general status,body temperature,body weight,death-protecting rate and lung index were observed.Results The body temperature was decreased in the model group(P〈0.05),and all of the three Chinese herbal complex prescriptions of HZP,GD and SD counteracted the decrease of body temperature(P〈0.05),the potency of their effect being in a decreasing sequence.The body weight was also decreased in the model group(P〈0.05),and all of the three Chinese herbal complex prescriptions counteracted the decrease of body weight(P〈0.05),the potency of their effect being in the order of SD〉GD〉HZP.All of the above three prescriptions prolonged the survival time of the infected mice,and the potency of their effect was in the order of GD〉HZP〉SD.The lung index was increased in the model group(P〈0.05),and the three complex prescriptions inhibited the increase of lung index(P〈0.05),the inhibitory rate in the complex prescriptions being higher than that in ribavirin group.Conclusion All of HZP,GD and SD show certain protective and therapeutic effect on avian influenza.
