摘要
在酵母诱导的发热大鼠中,桂枝汤有效部位A可使下丘脑前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平下降;在安痛定诱导的低体温大鼠,则使PGE2水平升高。
Effect of Fr.A,active fractive A isolated from Guizhi decoction, on inositol 1,4,5 triphosphate (IP3) and calmodulin (CaM) in hypothalamus in yeastinducted febrile rats and aminopyrineinduced hypothermal rats was studied. The results showed that IP3 and CaM contents were significantly decreased in febrile rats,and markedly increased in hypothermal rats. Theose values were reversed to almost normal level in both models after administration of Fr.A. The results suggest that IP3 and CaM in the thermoregulatory center take part in the dualdirectional regulation of Fr.A.
