摘要
目的:观察倍他洛克对高血压的临床疗效及对其远期预后的影响。方法:应用倍他洛克治疗高血压痛60例,另设对照组60例,随访1～2年。结果:治疗组血压衡定,临床症状和心电图及胸部x线片明显改善,靶器官损害明显减轻,患者生活质量提高,而对照组虽血压稳定,但心电图及胸部x线片仅部分改善,靶器官损害较重,心脑血管事件发生率高。两组远期疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用倍他洛克治疗高血压疗效满意。
Objective： To observation the treatment using metoprolol for hypertension in clinical and in the future. Method： 60 examples using metoprolol for hypertension and other 60 examples of control group to the previous cases. And the all cases were followed 1 - 2 years. Results ： Stabled blood pressure were examined in the treatment group, it was found that clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, chest x- ray film and quality of life were improved dramatically. In the same time, significantly reduced on target organ damage was also observed. And other control group gave unsatisfactory results. These results has a good reference in statistics（ P 〈 0.05）Conlusion： Metoprolol could gave satisfactory results for hypertension treatment.
