基于Lab Windows/CVI的渐开线圆柱齿轮误差评判系统设计

摘要 渐开线圆柱齿轮广泛应用在齿轮传动中,很多中小齿轮制造企业使用机械展成式齿轮检查仪器检测该种齿轮的齿形和齿向误差。运用虚拟仪器设计软件Lab Windows/CVI开发了一套齿形和齿向误差自动评判系统,以MAAG SP-60齿轮检查仪为实验平台,实现了渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形和齿向误差曲线绘制、测量数据处理及齿轮误差检测报告绘制等功能,避免了人工形式给出误差检测和评判结果。试验结果表明,所设计的渐开线圆柱齿轮误差评判系统检测结果正确,满足中小齿轮制造企业的高效率检测需求。 The involute cylindrical gear is widely used in gear transmission, the tooth profile and trace error of the involute cylindrical gear are usually measured by the mechanical generation - type gear measuring instrument in most domestic small and medium gear manufacturing enterprises. The system which can realize the automatic measuring and evaluation of the tooth profile and trace error of the involute cylindrical gear is developed based on the Lab Windows/CVI software, by integrating the gear measuring instrument MAAG SP-60, the function of plotting the error curve, processing the measuring data and forming measuring report is achieved, and the artificial evaluation is avoided. The experiment result shows that the designed system has the correct measuring and evaluation result, and meets the demand of high efficiency measuring.
