摘要
文章介绍了一种制备轻质碳酸镁的新工艺,该工艺用制盐母液、生石灰、二氧化碳作原料,回收利用滤液中的钙离子除硫,再与生石灰消化后的氢氧化钙反应得到氢氧化镁,过滤后用洗涤,再经配液、打浆、碳化、热解、干燥、粉碎得到轻质碳酸镁产品;以镁计产品收率可达55%以上,同时副产硫酸钙;该工艺具有产品质量高、品质稳定、生产成本低等优点,适合工业化生产。
This article introduces a new technique of the preparation of light magnesium carbonate.This process was used calcium oxide,mother liquid of salt production and carbon dioxide as raw materials,the calcium ion of the filtrate was recycled using as desulfurization,and after the reaction with calcium hydroxide gained by digestion of calcium oxide obtained magnesium hydroxide.The product was filtered,washed with secondary condensed water,then after fluid preparation beating,carbonization,pyrolysis,drying and grinding,the light magnesium carbonate was obtained.Using magnesium as calculation,the product yield was reached above fifty five percent.At the same time,calcium sulfate was obtained as by product.It has the advantages of high quality products,stable quality and low production cost of this new technique.It was suitable for industrial production.
