摘要
鉴于东风5机车异常振动的现象,对原因进行了查找、分析,通过柴油发电机组的振动、扭振测试及影响分析,提出了更换减震器的解决方案,经过更换验证及排查,最终解决了该机车的异常振动问题。
In view of the phenomenon caused by the abnormal vibration of Dongfeng 5 locomotives,a solution for replacing the shock absorbers was proposed after the vibration and torsional vibration tests of the diesel generator sets.The abnormal vibration has been solved finally after replacement,verification and investigation.
