摘要
纳米CuO由于具有独特的电、磁和催化等特性,受到了广泛关注。表面的高活性与电子的不饱和性,使得它极易团聚,限制了其应用。综述了近年来纳米CuO的制备方法及应用技术进展,具体介绍了纳米CuO的液相法、固相法和气相法制备技术;同时,还介绍了纳米CuO在催化反应、常温脱硫、抗杀菌和气敏湿敏传感器领域的应用,以及在含能材料中的催化燃烧、能量释放等方面的应用;最后,分析认为可控制备技术和均匀分散技术、性能稳定问题等,仍然是纳米CuO以后研究的重点,认为纳米复合设计技术有望成为解决上述问题的重要手段。
Nano-CuO has attracted considerable interest in many fields because of the unique characteristics on electricity,magnetism and catalysis.However,the high congregation tendency,resulted from the characteristics of high surface activity and instauration,limits the application of nano-CuO.The preparation methods and applications technologies of nano-CuO during the past few years are reviewed.Many preparation technologies for nano-CuO,such as liquid phase method,solid phase method and gas phase method,are introduced specifically.Many important application fields of nano-CuO on catalysis,desulfidation,antibacterial action,as well as gas and wet sensors are mentioned.The catalytic combustion and energy release of nano-CuO on high energetic materials are also introduced.Finally,some problems on the preparation and application of nano-CuO are analyzed and prospected.To improve the properties of nano-CuO and enlarge its application fields,many technologies should be focused in the future,such as controllable preparation technologies,stable catalysis and dispersibility technologies.Nanoma-terials design and composite technology could be a potential method to resolve the mentioned problems.
