Establishment of Consumers' Emotional Model with Office Suit Design Factors Based on Multiple Regression Analysis

摘要 利用多元线性回归分析法建立职业套装造型要素与用户情感("惊喜"、"喜欢"、"渴望拥有")线性回归模型.分析了两者之间的关系,得到了影响用户情感的主要造型要素,使设计师在职业套装情感设计时,可准确地把握主要的造型要素.用语意差异法对测试样本进行用户情感调查,并将调查所得实际值与模型预测值对照比较,其均方误差较小.结果显示,所建的回归模型能很好地拟合造型要素与用户情感间的关系,可用于对职业套装设计方案进行用户情感评价. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, a model of major factors of office suit and consumers' emotion including pleasant surprise, favor and desire was established and the relationship between them was analyzed to achieve major factors that influenced consumers' emotion, which can guide designer to master major factors when designing. Then by surveying consumers' emotion with semantic differential method and comparing predicted value and actual value, the MSE was minor. The result indicates that the multiple regression analysis model can reflect the relationship between major factors and consumers' emotion well. Therefore,it can be used to evaluate consumers' emotion upon different design plans.
