摘要
为了进一步完善水库大坝风险评估体系,分析比较了国内外溃坝生命损失计算经验公式的局限性,在前人研究的基础上,对我国风险人口死亡率值做了一定的调整,提出了适合我国溃坝生命损失估算的经验公式。
In order to further improve the risk assessment system of dams, dam failure analysis and comparison the empirical formula of the limitationsof loss of life at home and abroad, based on previous research, the value of Chinese risk death rate is made some adjustments, and the empirical formaula estimated loss of life in China is put forward.
