摘要
研究了对羟基苯丙酮酸(pHPP)在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为.考察了多种因素及不同电化学方法对测定的影响.和裸玻碳电极相比,pHPP在修饰电极上的电化学响应明显增强.pHPP氧化峰电流与其浓度在5×10^-12~1×10^10mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.36μmol/L.
The electrochemical behaviors of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid were studied at multi-wall carbon nanotube modified glass carbon electrode (MWNT/GCE). Several factors on the electrochemical determination and different voltammetric method were investigated. The electrochemical response of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid was improved at MWNT/GCE compared with that at the bare GCE. Under optimal conditions, there was a good linear relationship between peak current and p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid concentration in the range from 5×10^-12 to 1 ×10^-10mol/L with a detection limit of 1.36 μmol/L (S/N = 3)
