摘要
目的建立翠莲解毒片的微生物限度检查方法。方法通过测定5个规定试验菌种的回收率来确定其抑菌活性。结果该品种对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌活性,细菌计数采用培养基稀释法。结论用该法进行微生物限度检查,可以客观地反映药物中微生物的污染状况,可行性强,能达到检测目的 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the microbial limit test for Cuilianjiedu Tablets.METHODS To determine the antimicrobial effect of Cuilianjiedu Tablets was determined by recovery rate with 5 control trains. RESULTS It was antibacterial for Staphylococcus aureus. Counting bacteria using a culture medium dilution method.CONCLUSION The method is simple, fessible and accurate.
