摘要
为了实现ITER CC校正场线圈绕线机自动绕制线圈,就线圈绕制过程进行了运动学分析。分析的关键在于预弯点运动轨迹数学模型的推导,经过一系列推导得到了参与线圈绕制的四根驱动轴的数学关系。对于具体线圈绕制过程进行了数据计算,得出四根驱动轴随时间变化的速度函数,构成了绕线机电控部分数学基础。研究结果表明该绕线机自动绕制线圈是可行的。
Aiming at realizing ITER correction coil automatically winded,the kinematic analysis of the coil winding process was made.Mathematical models of the pre-bend point trajectory was derived,and the mathematical relationship of the four drive shafts which have been involved in winding coils was gotten through a series of derivation.Calculations for the specific winding coils process were made,and the four drive shafts time-varying velocity functions which constituted the mathematical basis for the electrical control part were gotten.The results indicate that it is possible to wind coils automatically.
