摘要
随着各级政府信息管理意识的不断增强,以及信息技术在政府工作中的广泛应用,公共危机中信息公开问题开始引起政府管理部门的关注。日益频发的各类公共危机事件需要政府进行危机管理,有效地做到信息公开对处理危机事件有重要的和积极的意义。探讨我国政府公共危机管理中信息公开存在的问题,对推进信息公开的科学化,及时处置公共危机事件具有重要的作用。
The more awareness of the information management by the governments at different levels and the extensive application of information technology in the government work, the management de- partments of the governments at different levels have shown more concern over the problems concern- ing the government＇s information release during the public crises. With more public crises emerging, the governments at different levels should cleverly handle them and their information release should have positive effects on the solution of the public crises. The study of such problems has much significance to the scientific information release and timely solution to such crises.
