摘要
针对电力设备中SF6气体直接排放会对人体及环境造成影响的问题,分析SF6气体净化处理工艺,重点介绍了一种在试验室利用回收装置对收集到的SF6气体进行检测、净化处理的方法,试验数据表明经处理装置净化后的气体质量可以达到国家标准要求。
This paper is focus on that influence to the people and environment by SF6 gas discharge from electrical equipment,and analyzes the technology of sulfur hexafluoride＇s purification,especially introduces a kind of method that detects and purifies SF6 gas in laboratory by using reclaiming device. The data of experiment indicates that the gas quality after purifying by reclaiming device can achieve the requirement of national standards.
