摘要
对一种新型的适应中小型转炉炼钢系统的信息管理系统的组建、数据采集方式进行了阐述:以工业以太网为框架,以OPC为主要数据采集方式,辅助于串口服务器及视频服务器,将管理、监控系统整合一体。最后对系统的稳定性、扩展性及兼容性和产生的效益做出了综合分析。
This paper elaborated a new kind ofinformation management system adapt to small and medium-sized converter steelmaking, which built the framework with industrial ethemet and used the main data collection methods with OPC, integrated the management, monitoring systems with the serial server and video server. Finally, the article made a comprehensive analysis of stability, scalability, compatibility and benefits about the system.
