摘要
目的:探讨蓝科肤宁药物湿敷治疗急性阴囊湿疹临床疗效和安全性。方法:将符合入选标准的急性阴囊湿疹86例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组患者均予以抗组胺治疗,治疗组采用蓝科肤宁湿敷每次20-30分钟,每日2-3次;对照组采用3%硼酸液湿敷,每次30分钟,每日2-3次。疗程结束后,比较两组患者的症状、体征的改善情况。结果:两组总有效率分别为95.35%和60.5%,两组患者有效率比较有显著性差异(X2=15.18,P<0.05)。结论:蓝科肤宁湿敷治疗急性阴囊湿疹效确切,安全可靠,无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect ancl safety of Velvetfeeling in the treatment of acute scrotum eczema efficacy. Methods：To meet the inclusion criteria of 86 cases of acute scrotum eczema patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in both groups to be anti - hista- mine trcotment,Treatment group Velvetfenllng rather wet compress every 20 -30 minutes,2 -3 times per day,control group,wet dressing with 3% boric acid solution,30 minutes,2 -3 times per day. After treatment,The differences in symptoms and signs of improvement. Results：The total effective rate were 95.35% and 60. 5 %, The efficiency of two groups of patientS were significantly different （ X2 = 15.18, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Velvetfeeling rather wet compress the treatment of acute scrotal skin eczema effective and safe and reliable,no adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical.
