摘要
分析了TQF168型转杯纺纱机的技术特性,并与BD200型机进行了成纱质量和工艺参数的对比,叙述了该机使用过程中存在的问题和改进方法,提出了纺纱器的平装要求和保养要求。
In this article are analyzed the technical features of TQF168 rotor spinning frame and a comparison of its formed yarn quality and processing parameters against BIY200 rotor spinning frame is followed. The existing problems and improving methods in the use of this type rotor spinning frame are aLso described with the requirements in assembling and maintenance of this spinning equipment put forward.
