摘要
本义报道超声引导经皮穿刺引流并无水酒精灌注治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿16例.囊肿直径平均8.6cm,囊液量平均528ml,无水酒精注入次数1-3次.14例囊腔完全消失,2例囊腔显著缩小.作者认为此创伤小、操作简便、疗效可靠,应作为非寄生虫性肝囊肿的首选治疗方法.
16 patients with non-parasitosis liver cyst were treated by ultrasound guided percutaneous aspiration and injection of absolute alcohol into the cysts. The average cyst diameter and the average fluid volume were 8.6cm and 528ml respectively. Absolute alcohol injection ranged from 1 to 3 times. The cysts disappeared in 14 cases, and the cysts decreased obviously in the other 2 cases. The author concluded obviously in the other 2 cases. The author concluded that this method shoud be the first priority in the treatment of non-parasitosis liver cyst because of its smaller trauma, convenient procedure and reliable therapeutic effect.
