摘要
本实验采用硅胶干燥法对大叶白麻种子进行超干保存,将种子含水量降至5%以下,能显著提高抗老化能力。在同等老化处理条件下,对照种子发芽率和活力指数已大幅下降,而超干种子的发芽率和活力指数所受影响很小。对超干种子的电导率、脱氢酶活性的研究结果表明,含水量为3.37%的超干种子细胞膜系统的完整性良好。回湿处理是保证超干种子活力的关键因素,采用室内回湿24h+饱和水蒸气回湿24h可以显著提高大叶白麻超干种子的活力。研究结果表明,利用超干技术保存大叶白麻种子是可行的。

The results show that ultra - drying technique is a feasible measure to store the Poacynum hendersonii seeds.
