摘要
霸王种子含水量降至5%以下可以显著提高抗老化劣变的能力。在同等老化处理后对照种子(含水量11.43%)的发芽势已大幅度下降,而超干种子(含水量3.89%)的发芽势与未老化种子的基本相同,超干种子脱氢酶活性明显高于同等老化条件下的对照种子,而丙二醛浓度则显著低于对照种子的。相对电导率测定结果表明:超干种子细胞膜系统的完整性良好。
This study was to determine whether the vigor of the Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds can be maintained at a higher level and their storage characteristics can be improved by ultra-dry storage. The results showed that the Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds became more tolerant to aging condition if they could be dried to below 5% of moisture content. Under the same aging condition, the germination energy of seeds with 11.43% of moisture content has decreased greatly, while that of ultra-dry seeds still kept a high level. The dehydrogenase activity of ultra-dry seeds was higher than that of the control (moisture content 11.43%, aging treatment). Malonadehyde (MDA) and relative electric conductivity were decreased in ultradry seeds. Therefore ultra-dry seeds could improve the storability of Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds.
