螺钉加克氏针固定近关节面Ⅱ型Pilon骨折12例治疗体会

摘要 目的:探讨R櫣edi-AllgowerⅡ型Pilon骨折的治疗方法及并发症的防治。方法:Ⅱ型Pilon骨折12例,选择螺钉加克氏针固定。结果:术后随访6～24个月,平均13个月。按Mazur评分标准:优7例,良3例,可1例,差1例,优良率83.3%。结论:螺钉加克氏针固定治疗Ⅱ型Pilon骨折,手术时间短,创伤小,费用低,并发症少,选择合适的骨折类型是治疗成功的关键。
