摘要
文章回顾了漓江治理的历程，分析了目前漓江存在的水问题，并阐明其水灾频繁、水资源缺乏、水污染加重的成因，提出漓江治理必须进行可持续发展研究、改革流域管理体制、调整产业结构，兴修大中型水利工程和建设水污染防治工程等综合举措，才能协调流域上游与下游、城市与农村、一二三产业、灌溉与航运、防洪与补水等关系，走流域可持续发展之路。
According to the current water problems along Lijiang river, the paper analyses the causes of major problems such as frequent flood and drought, lack of water resoures and water pollution. And it also puts forward that the harness of the river must be combined with researching sustainable development countermeasures, reforming the management system,building some large or middle sized irrigation works and so on.
